We offer a 14-day return & refund policy. You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
Eligibility for Return & Refund
To qualify for a return or refund:
The product must be unused or only minimally used.
If the jar is heavily used, the return/refund will not be accepted.
You must return the product in its original packaging, including:
Box
Flyer
Any inserts
You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
Important Usage Condition
Any jar (10g, 15g, 25g, 50g) that is used halfway or more is not eligible for return/refund.
If the product is overused, the return & refund will be rejected.
How to Request a Return

When emailing, please include:
Clear pictures of the product
Reason for return
Any issue, complaint, or experience (including staff behavior if applicable)
Returns sent without approval will not be accepted.
Once your request is approved, we will provide the return address and instructions.
After Approval
Ship the product to the address provided.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of your refund status.
Refund Timeline
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
